FAQs
I have my own domain and hosting, can I purchase a site without the hosting plan and domain name?
Yes you can. Please note that the prices advertised on the site include the first year of hosting and domain name for free, so there is no discount if you decide not to take advantage of this offer. Also we can only create email accounts for you if we are looking after your hosting plan, else you will need to contact your hosting provider to see if you are entitled to a custom email address and to activate your account.
If I purchase my domain and hosting from you now, can I transfer the domain to my name and change my hosting provider later?
Yes you can.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Paypals secure payment system where you can pay by credit, debit card or using your paypal account balance, It is fast and easy to use.
How do I unsubscribe from your hosting plan?
Simply send us an email and we’ll cancel it for you the same day, or go into your paypal account, under the 'History' tab you will see an option to cancel your subscription directly there.
Please note that if you cancel your hosting plan with us you will also cancel your domain name. If you wish to keep your domain name you will need to call us to request a transfer of your domain name, prior to canceling your subscription. |
